Who is behind H1?
I am a physiotherapist (B.Sc.) with a clear focus on movement, recovery, and sustainable physical development. In my work, I combine precise assessment with targeted hands-on therapy — not only for short-term relief, but for lasting stability.

My path to physiotherapy
My path to physiotherapy started through sport — and took me from classic rehabilitation settings to youth football care. It quickly became clear: I don't just want to treat symptoms, but help people understand their bodies — and make them strong and resilient long term.
Experience in sports physiotherapy, including at Hannover 96 (youth academy), has given me a strong sense of load, pain risk, and fast response strategies.
In my bachelor's thesis and daily practice, I focus especially on building major muscle groups, functional training, and long-term performance.
